Unanimous vote places Canfield school improvement levy on November ballot

Canfield voters will decide on a bond issue for improvements at Canfield Local Schools this November.

The school board voted unanimously Wednesday night to put the 3.7 mill levy on the ballot.

Canfield Local Schools Superintendent Joe Knoll said the levy would run for 35 years if approved.

The district plans to reconstruct Canfield Village Middle School and renovate C.H. Campbell Elementary, Hilltop Elementary and Canfield High School.
