Franklin County Board of Elections expands in-person voting into new spaces

A steady stream of thousands of voters flocked to the Franklin County Board of Elections Tuesday for the first day of early voting, quickly filling the board's queues and occupying its voting machines.

But despite the swarm of people and the bustling parking lot, voters interviewed by The Dispatch had nothing but good things to say about their in-person voting experience.

"It was good. It was very quick," Clintonville resident Debbie Duff said after voting Tuesday.

Jamie Cox, 21, had a similar view on her voting experience.
