Dead man's voter fraud indictment leads to Cuyahoga County feuding with Ohio AG's office

After the Ohio Attorney General indicted a dead man for voter fraud, Cuyahoga County officials are accusing him of playing politics ahead of the election. We obtained documents that show the start of a communication breakdown.

It was quite a week last week for Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.

“We’re talking today about noncitizen voting,” Yost said during a press conference Tuesday.

During his event, the AG boasted six indictments of voter fraud from previous elections. Each is a green card holder who allegedly voted in previous elections.

Interesting that Yost concludes 6 issues among 8 million registered voters indicates a "minuscule" issue. CincyDem Monday #1
How is Yost gonna get the word to the guy that he's no longer in jeopardy of prison? 3Hotdogs Monday #2

True but understated. The indictments cover 7 bi-annual elections between 2008 and 2020 plus a couple of off-cycle years. Let’s dump the off-cycle since they’re always lower than the average 50% turnout in ohio.

7 elections, with 8 million registered per election and 50% turnout feels like 28 million votes cast across all these elections.

6 issues out of 28 million votes cast…or about 1 for every 5 million votes cast. Take it from an ole systems QC guy…a system with 1 in 5,000,000 is pretty f’ing reliable.

Yost is an asshat.
