Get registered to vote with your current name, at your current address, by 24 days before Election Day.
To be registered for the November 6th, 2012 General Election, you must register no later than October 13th, 2012.

WHAT TO BRING
MAKE SURE YOU BRING a photo identification issued by Oklahoma, the federal
government, or a federally recognized Indian tribe, with the following:
Your name as you registered to vote
Your photograph
An expiration date that is later than the day of the election
The following types of identification can also be used to vote in Oklahoma:
an Oklahoma driver license
a State Identification Card if you are 65 years or older, your card does
not have to have an expiration date
a passport
a military identification
an Oklahoma voter registration card, mailed to you after you register

Election Day is Tuesday November 6, 2012. Polls in Oklahoma will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time

VOTE EARLY:
Oklahoma has early in-person absentee voting at county election board offices. Early vote hours are from 8 am to 6 pm for Friday, November 2 and Monday, November 5. You may also vote on Saturday, November 3 from 8 am to 1 pm For the latest on where, when, and how to vote early, see the website of the Oklahoma State Election Board.

VOTE BY MAIL:
You can also vote absentee by mail. Youll need to request your absentee ballot by Wednesday October 31st and return your completed ballot in time for it to be received by 7pm on Election Day, Tuesday November 6th.
