You can renew you car tag online

So, I hate going to the tag agency with the white-hot passion of a thousand burning suns.
So I decided to mail in the form for my car tag. No stamps.
Then I decide to check the back of the card to go ahead and address the envelope.

The first options says you can go to cars.ok.gov and renew it there.

I did. It takes longer than writing a check and costs 1.50 more, but you can use a credit card or a checking account.

At least this is one way that Oklahoma has entered the 21st century.

We could renew our driver's liscence and tags online in New Orleans. You think getting that stuff here is a hassle? Try NOLA! It was even worse after Katrina because offices were scattered all over. It is more centralized now, but Geez Louise! what a pain in the ass!
