AG Shapiro announces 10 yr contract between UPMC and Highmark

Big news today that AG Shapiro helped engineer a 10 yr contract between UPMC and Highmark BCBS/AHN for continued reciprocal access to each other's doctors and hospitals for those insured by the other's plans.
