Federal lawsuit in Antwon Rose shooting settled for $2 million

A federal civil rights lawsuit brought by the family of slain teenager Antwon Rose II against the borough of East Pittsburgh and the former police officer who shot him, Michael Rosfeld, has been settled for $2 million.
