Democrat Marty Flynn just WON a critical special election for the Pennsylvania Senate!

Breaking News, – Democrat Marty Flynn just WON a critical special election for the Pennsylvania Senate!

Thanks to a groundswell of support, we’ve just won a crucial victory in a top battleground state. Now, Marty is moving from the House to the Senate and will continue being a strong advocate for his community – he’s also representing President Biden’s hometown.

But winning this one special election doesn’t mean we’ve won the entire battle for the soul of our nation. Trumpism is still running rampant as the Republican Party becomes more radical, and it’s up to us to put this country back on track.

Our next chance to do that is coming up in just a few weeks, when voters in New Hampshire head to the polls for a special election in a MAJOR battleground state House seat. Every moment in all the races to come matters; don’t waste a minute.

Peduto lost to Ed Gainey in the Dem primary for Pittsburgh Mayor.

Even in my hometown, three AfAm women won their primaries (mayor and city council) over the incumbents and should win in Nov. If they do it will be a first for the mayor to be both AfAm and a woman. I'm sure there've been women who have served in the city council, but this will bring fresh blood.

Overall Dem turnout here in my county was only about 22%, but it seems the voters who did show up wanted some change.
