I believe that it has already exceeded its yearly limit of emissions. My impression is that it is receiving more ethane and other gases from the fracking fields than it is able to handle. As a side note, I will point out what has already been made clear from many sources: the cracking industry is putting out immense quantities of raw materials for the production of plastic products without any foresight as to how the voluminous amounts of spent plastic products can be absorbed by the waste and recycling industries.

for years. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent on the site, but they never come to a decision to build it.
If they ever do it is supposed to on the scale of the one in Manaca. I haven't seen the
one in Manaca, but I hear it is huge.

The huge Monaca facility is on the bank of the Ohio River. Any liquid spillage, if not contained in areas with liners, will find its way into the waterway and likely remain undetected.
