Lower Merion Area Getting 2 Ballot Drop Boxes For General Election

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — The 2024 general election is growing ever closer. With many voters planning to cast their ballots by mail, Montgomery County officials have increased the number of ballot drop boxes, and added one in the Lower Merion area.

Secure drop-off boxes will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, starting Oct. 4 and will have video monitoring.

In the Lower Merion area, boxes will be located at Ludington Library, 5 S. Bryn Mawr Ave. in Bryn Mawr and the Lower Merion Magisterial District Courts, 925 Montgomery Ave. in Narberth.

In Pennsylvania, any voter can vote by mail. Montgomery County encourages voters who would like to vote by mail to apply online. The PA Election Code permits voters to return their own ballot by mail, via drop box, or in-person at a satellite office.
