I’ve not heard such a thing. I got my ballot July 20th or so and dropped it off at the election office that Friday sealed and everything for August 18 primary.

for the RI primaries in June, but it became an issue again, thanks to the Repugs. Fortunately, this judge has an ounce of sense.

What good is it to have a valid reason to VBM if you still have to get out to find a Notary?
I've been eligible for VBM for several years, and that's always been a pain. It was much better for the last primary, and I made sure to thank Gov. Raimondo at the time.

Now, with COVID, anyone will get the opportunity. Thanks, Judge!
