Texas abortion ban nearly killed a patient

Under the Texas abortion law, any doctor or hospital that performs an abortion for any reason can be sued for $10,000 by anyone. There is no exception for rape, incest or life of the mother. A patient had a serious condition that endangered her life and could not get an abortion in Texas. This patient had to be flown out of state to save her life

The GQP has done this for years. They use Texas as a laboratory to experiment with draconian laws and other practices to see if they can get a foothold with the crazies and they fine tune them to send to other states.
