(22,713 posts)1. I am in SD10 and what was done to us was so bad
that our incumbent State Senator Beverly Powell opted to drop out of the race because so much of her support was drawn into another district.
The map essentially leaves Fort Worth without a senator of its own. Instead the city is parceled out into several different districts.

I mentioned SD10, too. Most of DFW essentially has no representation in the state senate or congress.

It was in person and part of my testimony ended up in the LULAC lawsuit
