In my freshman year of college, I attended our Homecoming game. Let's just say that the only bright spot for Illinois Wesleyan that day was future film luminary Frankie Faison's playing. We were soundly defeated.
I reasonably assumed it was due to my presence as a non sports fan. So I never went to another.
