Texas is taking the Biden administration to court over access to citizenship data ahead of the election, Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Tuesday night.

He does virtually nothing for the average Texan. He is a horrible excuse for an Attorney General. Even many members of his own party in the State House do not like him and probably wish he would vacate that office.

His own activities (both in and out of office) have attracted legal scrutiny.
