Judge accused of illegally emailing Texas State students, asking for votes - KVUE



A Hays County judge is facing accusations he used his professor position at Texas State University to encourage students to vote for him. Judge Tanner Neidhardt's opponent says he appears to have broken the law.

Judge Tanner Neidhardt knew better but feigns ignorance.

That excuse doesn’t apply in a court of law, now would it?
