Texas
Related: About this forumI FINALLY voted in Texas
I was out of state and didnt return home to Texas until yesterday evening. The second thing I did this Wednesday morning was to go to one of the early voting stations here in Travis County and cast my ballot, freeing up space for other citizen voters to vote for Team Donkeys candidates today, tomorrow Friday and on Election Day.
This may or may not be the year when the walls of the Red Keep finally fall, but its good practice.
Procrastinators, you have until Friday evening to vote early here in Texas. DONT put off early voting until Saturday or Sunday!
Election Day is Tuesday next week!

We had it the first weekend, but not this weekend! So, for Brazoria County it's this week through Friday & election day.

(30,610 posts)They literally bring all the usb drives and paper ballots to the elections office after early voting. During that time, they tabulate the votes. Each machine is recalibrated and another election is held three days later.
Always have three days of closed polls before election day.
appreciate the clarification and methods behind the madness!
