Utah still upset about polygamy.

Utah was forced to give up polygamy as a condition of becoming a state. Many Mormons felt bullied by the federal government. They still feel that way, I guess, because they passed this, "we can do as we please" law intended to exempt them from following federal rules. Does this mean polygamy will return? I could move to Utah and be some man's second wife?
