The University of Vermont has reefer madness: ranked No. 1 for marijuana use
The University of Vermont blazed to the top of the Princeton Review Rankings list of Colleges with Reefer Madness.
The list is based on student responses to the question: "How widely is marijuana used at your school?" It represents a tally of data from surveys of 140,000 students at all of schools in the Princeton Review book, The Best 385 Colleges, which was published in August 2019.
Two other Vermont colleges — Champlain College and Marlboro College — were also high on the list for top marijuana use.
The Princeton Review publishes 62 college ranking lists annually based on student experiences with health services, politics, extracurriculars and more.
