I'm joining this group because I have dreamed of living in Vermont since the first time I visited about 23 years ago. My daughter is now in college in Middlebury, Vermont, and I hope to retire in this great state.
I can't tell you how many times I've watched this video in the past week or two. I haven't seen Vermont since last summer, and this seems to help.

(6,803 posts)We're up in the Green Mountains, about in the center of the state. My wife, kids and I moved here eight years ago after 18 years in Midtown Manhattan. We love it. --Tace

(16,559 posts)Trace, you are living my dream.
We haven't decided on a town yet, but that doesn't keep me from spending many hours a week on realtor.com. LOL!
I love Middlebury and Burlington, but need to branch out. I'm a small town girl, and Middlebury suits me quite a bit more that Burlington at the moment. It's still close enough to a "city" for medical care as we age.
