So this doctor who just got a big repair bill on his ski place in VT is rushing home to CT because he has tickets to a show at the casino and decided to lower the rear window on his ginormous pickup and take a potshot at some poor guy driving a delivery truck because he honked his horn?
Man, it's dangerous out there:

Nice to know the good doc was an 'above average firearms enthusiast'.

(3,706 posts)Piri demonstrated knowledge of where the scene of the crime was, and was in possession of a handgun matching the murder weapon but missing its barrel and slide which (being an enthusiast) Piri would know were needed to do a forensic analysis. Now guns are machines which can break and need replacement parts, but who tosses the old parts before replacements are in hand? His vehicle also had the relatively unusual ability to lower the rear window while in motion and he was spotted driving just ahead of the victim's truck by cameras and witnesses.
I was recently talking with a coworker about a jury he had been on. The suspect and victim had been seen by witnesses walking around to the back of a house, and the suspect walked back out front alone a couple of minutes later. Nobody saw the actual murder but he was convicted.
