He got me when he quit his job instead of representing Trump at the law firm he worked at. Also, he worked for Congressman on the Government Reform committee. That would give him a strong understanding of government function, although not VA State functions but he is clearly smart enough to learn them. Unfortunately he is currently running in last place.
