Heavy rain and coastal flooding continues Friday afternoon.

We still have a few more hours of heavy rainfall (most spots have picked up an inch or more) and the coastal flooding along the Potomac and Chesapeake Bay won't peak until Friday night or early Saturday morning. High water is causing inundation all over these waterways.
