Many years later, he is still engaged in activism for animal rights. Grace and forgiveness is healthy, especially when someone has done as much as he has done to redeem himself. He was wrong, but that case left a very bitter taste in my mouth. The rabid racists that descended that wanted him lynched had nothing to do with the case.
I wish him a happy birthday.
