Lanes reopen on I-395 Northbound near Arlington after crash
The crash happened near exit 8C / Pentagon City. Two people were taken to the hospital.

Traffic may be slow or stopped, and some idiot isn’t paying attention. It’s amazing there aren’t more accidents than there are.
