Rolled over semi-truck blocks northbound I-5 in Bellingham area
All lanes of northbound Interstate 5 remain blocked in the Bellingham area after a semi-truck rolled over early Thursday.
The Washington State Department of Transportation first tweeted about the crash at 4:30 a.m. The lanes are closed just south of South Samish Way.
Video from WSDOT cameras showed the truck on its side across the ditch and shoulder.
At around 7 a.m., WSDOT said crews were working to lift the truck with the help of two tow trucks.
