i see a need to ticket offending drivers and conversly offending peds and bicycleists as well. no new laws ont the books . enforce the existing ones and why do peds half to wait to file complaints w near misses and direct contact, and conversly peds and others need to be aware even though they have the right of way in ca .

Scooters are worse than bikes (except some ebikes). I'm so effing sick of having to dodge them.
