Hobby Lobby has left its space near Target in the Tacoma Central shopping center.
The company vacated the 61,484-square-foot space at 3130 S. 23rd earlier this month. The arts and crafts retailer still has South Sound stores in Lakewood, Puyallup and Olympia.
The building is listed for lease on several online commercial real estate sites at $16 per square foot or $82,000 a month for the entire building. It is sub-divisable down to 20,000 square feet.
However, there are no broker signs on the building. A call to a First Western Properties broker was not returned Monday.

Just breaks my heart. Hope the ones in Everett and Lynnwood shutdown soon too.
Metaphorical
(2,310 posts)I've not seen a lot of people there - ironically it's the Michael's up the road that gets most of the traffic, as well as Joann's Fabrics in Crossroads (Redmond).
Lot of crafties up here, but they don't like Hobby Lobby's political efforts.
