(89 posts)Buck Wheat Pancakes and 'whole-hog' sausage every Sunday (kingwood buck wheat festival, yum) , Gabes & & Pechins 1/2 cost of living, White Water rafting, biking and snowmobiling in mountains. Deep creek, Canaan Valley Resort /cheat lake (& resort) / Ohio Pile /falling waters/ Blackwater falls /greenbrier and a thousand mountains, are Beautiful.. Snow Shoe best keep secret east of MS, Pittsburgh best keep secret in US (40 minutes). , Everybody can 'weld'. Every body works hard, from grandma to children except during hunting season where Morgantown most resembles a ghost town.
PS if you get caught post on DU your ticket to the Game-Feast will be revoked

I guess I'll have to learn how to weld. I will never hunt, but don't preach about it either.
I ski and mountain bike, and hope to learn climbing.
I'll root for WVU...unless they're playing Oklahoma.

I'm also a gigantic college football fan. I've been informed I should root for WVU I think I'll pass when they play Oklahoma though.

Won't ALWAYS be snow, and sure doesn't look like Oklahoma, but if you're an easterner (as I am,) you should be happy to be back!
