GOP WV Delegate under fire for allegations of quid pro quo sexual harassment
FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) Allegations of quid pro quo sexual harassment have arisen concerning a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from Fayette County.
In an interview with Lootpress, Beckley Attorney Steve New announced that he has been retained by a woman regarding charges of sexual harassment on the part of Delegate Austin Haynes of Fayette County, and New is investigating other allegations from other women. Haynes, who is also a current candidate for House District 50, is accused by one of the women of offering support on a bill during the 2022 General Session of the legislature in exchange for sex.
In the text messages provided by New, Haynes is seen telling the woman that he masturbated while looking at her photo and asking if she was upset about it:

Haynes: I jacked off to one of your pics. So you tell me
was it bad or not? Well, I guess it was bad.
Accuser:
Did you really do that?
Haynes: Yes. Is that a bad thing?
Accuser: Idk, I wasnt there.
