should reopen. I am sure lots of people went to the bars. I was just thinking about it as he cancelled his LaCrosse visit, no word yet on the Green Bay stop. Anyway,best guess as to the Covid sudden blow up is,in Mid August Colleges were holding Orientations for new incoming Students. By Labor Day,that is the Start of Frat Rush,and for those whom remember or may not want to remember how that happened,lots of Booze and Keggers.

One thing about the State Colleges,they are known as Suit Case Colleges,Friday afternoon is bail out time as the kids head back home for the weekend.
