Positive test rate over 21% as more than 7,700 cases, 26 deaths recorded since Friday

When the states health reporting database came back online after an upgrade over the weekend, the states total case count had grown to 173,891 7,705 more cases than had been confirmed on Friday. Additionally, the death toll is now 1,600, 26 more than Friday.
The state DHS says 3,777 of those cases and 12 of those deaths were confirmed just today.
Of the 26 deaths reported, there were three each in Chippewa, La Crosse and Waukesha Counties; two each in Kenosha, Langlade, Milwaukee, and Portage Counties; and one each in Brown, Clark, Dodge, Green, Juneau, Marathon, Marinette, Oconto and Outagamie Counties.

Wisconsins seven-day of positive tests by person rose from 20.8 on Friday to 21.1 Monday, the highest rate yet. The positive rate by test is now 11.7, an increase from Fridays 10.6 percent meaning 11.7 percent of the tests given in the past seven days were positive, while 21.1 percent of the people tested were positive.
