I'm not a lawyer, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong — but it appears this lawsuit seeks to stop the certification of presidential election results in Dane, Menominee and Milwaukee counties.

Forgetting the lack of evidence, their argument is that the cure for some unspecified number of invalid votes is to throw out everyone’s vote.

That is one allegation of a fraudulent ballot should disenfranchise everyone.
