Add it to the increasing pile of losses. The only thing they could do about losing in the WI Supreme Court would be to petition for cert. to the US Supreme Court, which of course will go nowhere at all.

2. It is hard to tell. I don't trust three of the justices to rule against Trump.

One of the conservative justices has voted with the liberals and his opinion was scathing last week. I will be glad when the ruling comes down. I can’t imagine the conservative justices want to rule to invalidate over 200,000 ballots. They do have to run for re-election and that type of ruling would just piss off the voters - who have not been voting conservative lately.

He's big in Alaska. Mr. Palin already belonged to a pro-secession group. Maybe these two great minds can come up with a plan.

Then Donnie could also see Russia from his house and Sarah would finally become VP of a country.

We could admit Puerto Rico and leave the flag as is. Everybody wins.

since they're divorced now and the money train dried up. Plus he's had a few tough years on his aging body what with snow machine accidents and his son Track beating him up.

I followed the Palin family gossip a little too closely lol

Isn't the United States Supreme Court controlled by conservative justices?

And if somehow, this suit were to succeed (and I haven't bothered to even read just what it alleges), that will hardly turn the election over to Trump.

not hear it without going through a lower court. Hegedorn wrote the opinion. He is very conservative and could easily rule with the other conservative justices. I hope not, but he is unpredictable. The case was dismissed in the lower court, but they did agree to hear it.
