It is 8 am and MINUS 20 Below Zero here in mid Wisconsin. Several days of cold crap now!!

Today's high will be about 9 but starting tomorrow it's back in the 30's. Mid next week there will be temps in the 40's. So far, this has been a 'gentle' Winter. Of course, being this is Michigan, that will probably change.

They say that the windchill could be around negative 30 today. I just took the dog out to poop and it certainly felt that way!

-13 when I left Mfld....-9 when I got to Rapids.

The car's engine temp didn't budge until I got 18+/- miles on the car....

I've been in worse....in Ashland, WI !!!!

It's bad. Absolutely no fun. Always worse when it's windy - that's when I worry most.

My FB memories reminded me last weekend that we had -29 at my house just 4 years ago.

It can always be worse. So long as it doesn't last very long, I either go nowhere or I bundle.
