Microsoft has announced plans to spend $1 billion developing a 315-acre site that has been part of Foxconns property in the Village of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, to build a data processing center. The Village Board will vote Thursday March 30 on having Foxconn release the land to the village, then on selling it to Microsoft for $50 million.
