Supreme Court candidates discuss absentee ballots, public defender shortage

WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) - President Donald Trump’s order restricting mail-in voting is already being met by state opposition.

Gov. Tony Evers called it “B.S.” and said Wisconsin will see the president in court.

Mail-in voting, or absentee voting, is an issue the next Wisconsin Supreme Court justice will have to contend with.

During stops in Wausau today, I asked Judges Chris Taylor and Maria Lazar about that very issue.
