Lander schools cut sexual orientation, gender, veteran status from non-discrimination policy

“It hurts no one by leaving that language in there,” said a trustee who voted against the change. “But by now taking it away, there’s a feeling by folks that they don’t matter.”

There's a protest against this decision planned in Lander tonight.

Being mean to gay kids by having them feel all alone and the minute any of those LGBT kids get a chance they
will leave Lander, WY and the town and its surrounding area poorer.
