...like a younger Leonard Cohen. Good to see that musicians are still our most eloquent expression.

3. A public figure's integrity up for sale.

As any wealthy person will tell you, "Integrity" is a commodity always up for grab. It is available to those who are willing to sell it at whatever the cost.

In this country, Steven Harper sold his integrity even before he got elected for the first time. Oh what the heck, everybody knows that the Big Oil Corporations of the world got him in. We just didn't realized it at the time. We were all too busy watching the events unfolding in Iraq. No one had time to connect the dots between the Iraq conflict, the price of a barrel of oil shooting upward in the $100 range, and the newly announced Oil Sands project in Alberta.

Basically, the Iraq conflict became a custom-made solution to the profitability of the Oil-Sands project in Alberta. The old price of a barrel of oil in the $60 price range no longer stood in the way of satisfying the most greedy and corrupt individuals walking on the surface of this planet.

Please, don't bother to ask these individuals what Environment Rape is? They'll probably think you are talking about a prostitute named "Environment".

Does this sheds some light on the reason why Canada never went to Iraq? Hmm, it sure looks that way? It was only a scheme to make us believe that Canada decided to stick to its integrity of neutrality. In short, It was only the first of many lies and deceptions imposed on our great Canadian Nation by many dishonest individuals.

Yes, it is a no brainer! Any public official, such as Steven Harper, who maintain economic policies stirring controversies around the world has surely lost his integrity. That is his integrity to his family, his integrity to his friends, his integrity to his hometown, his integrity to those who voted for him, his integrity to his country, and his integrity to the world at large.

This is all I'm going say on this topic, for now!

I'm still trying to catch up my breath from yet another man-made ecological disaster. This so called non-existing heavy released of pollution smog from the Oil-Sands project somehow is clouding my judgment.

I'll comeback to it when I feel better.

Hopefully, great Public Awareness Event, such as the one Neil Young did for us, the true occupant of the land called "Canada", will keep on happening.

Such a public event goes a long way in helping me get better.

Thank you Neil Young! I am a long time fan!

I am so glad you are still alive!

God bless! You are not alone in this fight!

I am too!

Are you from Alberta? I've heard horror stories about what's happening in the vicinity of the tar sands.

We do have a fight in front of us, but good music and awareness always helps. Have you heard of this little girl?

Ta'kaiya Blaney

Wow, something is going on with internets tonight, DU works fine but I can't get to hardly any other site.

This is a very beautiful song carrying a very important message to those willing to listen each and every words. Sadly enough though, those who need to listen to it the most won't hear it or won't see this video. The current censorship policies in Canada will make sure no one hear this beautiful song - I didn't know about it myself up until now.

But don't let that stop you from doing more of what you have done here! There are a good many more people in this world who have realized that human kind is on the brink of a total extinction.

Recently, I was also made aware of a documentary called "I Am" by Tom Shadya. I highly recommend it to you. Perhaps, it will inspire you and will guide you toward your next endeavour. It may be that you must tell the whole world, at large, the horrific tragedy being played out in the name of what I describe the worst display of human greed. It may be that you must show the world the environmental rape taken place along the West Coast of Canada. Only you will know that for sure!

The noble effort you have made, here, follows in the foot step of the wisdom that man is trying to pass on to the world. His message is hard to hear and to see in the current News&Entertainment media at large. That's why, in order to find it, you may have to google "I Am" by Tom Shadya, or simply follows this youtube link:

Unfortunately, though, just like this wonderful song of yours, you won't see neither one becoming a Main Stream Media sensation just yet.

To answer your question as to whether I am from Alberta, the answer is "NO".

However, I find myself very fortunate to have lived in Vancouver for a period of eight years. During that time, I had seen the beauty of mother earth at its best. To this day, the memories of the places I have seen can only be described as Heaven on Earth.

That's why, I simply refuse to believe anybody would be stupid enough to destroy it. Planet earth is the only home we have. Therefore, the constant exploitation of the natural resources must be stop immediately.

I am currently living in Windsor, Ontario. It is a place where your message has been falling on deaf ears. It is a place where the slogan "Oil Is Good For Cars" is mentioned every time you go somewhere to buy a cup of coffee. But I am trying to change that whenever I can.
