According to CBC Parliament will look very similar to the previous parliament in terms of numbers of seats per party

On one hand, hooray that the CPC didn't make any serious gains (even though they took the popular vote), and glad that the NDP did make some gains. Maxime Bernier remains a loser, which is great.

On the other hand, what a waste of money to get a result that closely resembles the last election, and some gains for the PPC, to the point where they might have captured enough of the popular vote to show up in the debates next time around.

Trudeau remains a disappointment, but he's obviously worlds better than O'Toole.

Would love to see Singh really get a shot at power in coming elections.
