community would relate to the cost of the average house, which we always looked at about 2.5 times ones salary. That sure went out the window.

6. Vancouver the same, as is the Okanagan, which has quite low average incomes but

house prices are more than in Calgary. Calgary is one of the few cities that has high average incomes and house prices are high but still affordable. Just a shit place to live.
