(17,097 posts)It would probably be more efficient, but I don't know how things would shake out between the parties. I don't know about how the court system would work in a parliamentary system. The main reform I'd like to see in the federal courts is an age limit and/or a term limit. Lifetime appointments are too much for people who live as long as they do these days.
