This is Pierre Poilievre. He was going to run for Conservative leader and pulled out. So he has becoming PM in mind. But it was too hard on his family. I wonder what his kids think of not getting any money they didn't earn themselves.

and the results are in: subsidized daycare is a multiplier of tax income over time. It more than pays for itself in women doing well in the workplace and children doing better in school. He just does not want people getting a leg up.

Some societies (looking at you, US of A) actually find assholery to be an admirable trait. Its a sign of a sick society IMO.
