Give us a name and have them sign a waiver to the bank so they can provide their side. As a banker that kind of thing used to piss me off, when people would say stupid shit and we could not say anything because of privacy. The client can always provide a waiver to allow both sides but rarely ever do unless it is a legitimate complaint.
