Today I made 177 people redundant and this is how I will look right now....

I am the Ops Director of a national Training Company and the Tories have tanked us. Contracts withdrawn because we failed to achieve GSCE grades for girls, working and training as nursery nurses, who had been failed for years by our education system, by a stupid fucking policy they brought in to a minimum wage occupation (to hug a baby they decided you need A-C in Maths and English - of course if they got A-C why would they be going for such a shitting paying job in the first place?). They have changed their mind now, but it is too little too late. A company who has been delivering Apprenticeships for 25 years has been fucked. I will be good. I have no mortgage, a few years salary in the bank and have a very good rep in the industry, but for those I told today that you no longer have a job it fucking sucks. So I will get drunk tonight and then tomorrow start working on a plan to help as many as I can to get a really great new life.
