He lives there; he works there. He is in complete charge (he "takes full responsibility" , but never knew about parties more than once a week sometimes going on beyond midnight, karaoke machines, fighting, vomit, stains on the wall, and security guards and cleaners being belittled? This was a toxic work environment that would get a manager sacked in any company.
The staff don't believe he didn't know - they were astounded when he denied it in parliament. He's lying through his teeth, and shouldn't be trusted with a whelk stall.
