2020 CO US Senate Election- DeGette-D, Neguse-D, Crow-D or Perlmutter-D.

DeGette-D was elected to the US House in 1996 was has been re-elected ever since. If then Governor Ritter-D appointed DeGette-D to Salazar's vacant US Senate seat instead of Bennet-D, Could she have defeated Buck-R in 2010?
If DeGette-D ran for the US Senate in 2008 and won the Democratic Nomination, Could she have gotten elected to the US Senate in 2008 and re-elected in 2014 against Gardner-R?
Neguse-D and Crow-D were elected to the US House in 2018. Between Neguse-D and Crow-D, Neguse-D is more likely to be the Jacky Rosen of CO. A 1st term US House Member that ran for the US Senate.
Perlmutter-D ran for Governor in 2018 but dropped out because he could not compete against Polis-D, Kennedy-D, and Johnston-D.

Romanoff-D and Johnston-D are the front runners for the 2020 CO US Senate Democratic Nomination. The runner up for the 2020 CO US Senate Democratic Nomination is likely to get appointed to Bennet's-D vacant US Senate seat.
