Democratic US House Members from Congressional districts that has a PVI +10 or higher Republican.

Peterson(D-MN-7)+12R. Peterson-D who has been in Congress since 1991 can survive a tough re-election bid in 2020 but retire in 2022 due to the fact MN will lose a US House seat due to the 2020 census. Peterson's Western MN district gets combined with Emmer's Central MN district- which is also +12R.
Horn(D-OK-5)+10R. Horn-D was elected in a 2018 Democratic wave. Any chance Horn-D runs for Inhofe's US Senate seat if Inhofe-R were to retire.
Cunningham(D-SC-1)+10R. Cunningham-D was elected in a 2018 Democratic wave.
McAdams(D-UT-4)+13R. McAdams-D was elected in a 2018 Democratic wave.
