Jefferson and was impeached, but held not guilty by the Senate. More recently, Abe Fortas resigned under threat of impeachment.

Lower court federal judges have been impeached by the House, and removed by conviction in the Senate.

The Senate tries and convicts or acquits. It would take a 2/3 vote of those Senators present to convict and remove.
As someone who writes endlessly about your ever changing prediction of who will win which Senate seat, I had assumed you had some knowledge of these things.
