Is the 2024 CA US Senate November General Election Race going to be a D v D or D v R?

)Feinstein decides not to seek re-election. The first and second place finishers in the blanket primary are going to be Democrats.
)Feinstein decides not to seek re-election. The first and second place finisher in the blank primary will be a Democrat and a Republican.
)Feinstein decides to seek re-election. The 1st or 2nd place finisher in the blanket primary will be a Democrat.
)Feinstein vs a Republican.
